We had some enjoyable Thai food last night. The restaurant is called Amazing Thailand. Cool place; lofty expectations. Though I wouldn't go as far as amazing, it was really good. Here's a link for the restaurant (sorry, no personal pix):

(but here's a link with pix and a much more articulate review):

Our table (Kirsten, her cohort friends Heather and Jeremy, myself) ordered a smorgasbord of curries: red, green, panang curry, and massamun. No complaints, just one question: how do they cut the carrots into flower shapes? Well actually, our waiter was kinda snooty. He gave Kirsten a hard time about ordering negative spiciness, and the eye-roll about splitting the check. Seriously, who carries cash anymore...someone please figure this out asap.

Kirsten and I were thinking about the how Thai food places are a bit less accessible in the Twin Cities than back in Seattle. Hope this helps when you’re craving sum curry in the Midwest.
